Two ways to reach us
There is no form and no account on this site. Both channels below go straight to us, and both are checked in English.
What to include in your first message
- Product and specification — grade, coating, thickness, width, standard and the quantity you are considering.
- The supplier — company name, city, website or business licence if you have one, and whether they claim to be a mill.
- What worries you — price too low, no line evidence, unclear documents, a referral you cannot check.
- Destination port and target date, so we can tell you what actually fits in the time available.
What we will not ask you for
We will not ask for payment details, bank information or identity documents in a first message. If anyone claiming to represent us does, treat it as fraudulent and tell us.
Response time
Typically within one business day, China time (UTC+8). We work to Gulf, North African and East African business hours as far as practical. Messages in Arabic, French or Portuguese are welcome; replies may take a little longer.
