What this website collects, what it does not collect, and what happens to a message you send us.

Summary
This is a static website. It does not have a contact form, a login, a shopping cart or an account system, and it does not set advertising cookies or run third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
What the site collects
- Server logs. Our web server records standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, referrer and user agent, for security and troubleshooting purposes. These logs are held by the hosting provider on a routine retention cycle.
- Nothing else. There is no form on this site, so no personal data is submitted through it. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps or session recording on these pages.
What you send us directly
If you contact us on Telegram or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details, company information, product specifications, supplier documents and any message content. We use it for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you commission work, delivering the service and invoicing it.
We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not pass your identity to a supplier without your agreement, including in cases where we visit a factory on your behalf.
Third parties involved
- Telegram — if you message us there, Telegram processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Email provider — our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), which processes messages under its own terms.
- Hosting provider — the server that delivers this site keeps access logs.
- Inspection and testing bodies — if you ask us to coordinate a third-party inspection, we share the minimum information needed with that body, with your knowledge.
Confidentiality of commissioned work
Material you send for a job is treated as confidential. We do not publish client names, factory names or photographs from live commissions, and any example report shown on this site is a labelled specimen rather than a real client document.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful for the relationship and for record-keeping. Project records are kept for as long as needed to support the delivered work and any statutory obligation. If you want correspondence deleted, ask and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion by writing to lingyiwang001@gmail.com.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date. It is a plain description of current practice, not a legal contract.
