What stays the same in every market
- Supplier identity. We check whether the company is a mill, a processing plant, a warehouse or a trading office.
- Product capability. We compare the line, equipment, stock and documents against your written specification.
- Appointment first. We contact the supplier or coordinate the visit with you. You decide whether your identity is disclosed; the supplier must approve access and filming.
- Buyer-side reporting. We are commissioned and paid by the buyer, and we do not take inspection commissions from suppliers.
- Clear limits. A site visit is commercial due diligence. It does not replace a laboratory test, formal pre-shipment inspection or contractual protection.
Products we verify most often
Galvanized coil, PPGI and PPGL, ERW and SSAW pipe, seamless pipe, fittings, structural sections and fabricated components. If your package contains several products, tell us which items come from different sites so the unvisited supplier is not hidden inside a combined quotation.
Send the supplier, not just the country
The most useful first message contains the supplier name and city, the product and specification, order size, destination port, target date and the questions you want answered. We then confirm the access plan, scope and fixed fee before travel.
Global buyer questions
Can you inspect a supplier anywhere in China?
Yes. We arrange buyer-side factory visits across China. Tangshan and the surrounding Hebei steel belt are our fastest area; other cities are confirmed after we review travel, the supplier appointment, the scope and the fee.
Do you work with buyers outside the four country pages?
Yes. The UAE, Oman, Kenya and Tanzania pages are priority examples, not limits. We work with importers, distributors, fabricators and project buyers in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the Americas and other markets.
Does the buyer need to tell the supplier before a visit?
A visit is arranged with the supplier in advance; we do not enter unannounced. You decide whether we disclose your identity, but the supplier must know about and agree to the visit and any filming.
Can you check standards used in our market?
We compare the requested grade, dimensions, coating, tolerance, packing and supplier documents against what the plant can show. We record evidence and gaps; we do not certify legal conformity or replace laboratory testing.
